It's a sega emulator that you can play on your android device. Its basically a lot of games in one app. Theres a button in the upper left hand corner that says "enable joystick" and when you click it you will see an option for "android gamepad" which is the controller for the emulator. After, plug your phone into your computer and go to explorer where there should be a folder with content from the emulator labeled "game file". Drag whatever file you would like to use onto this folder and it should show up in the apps window where all the games are. Since there are very few games available, it will take some time to find games you like the most.
